The Terms and Conditions stated herein constitute a legal, binding agreement between you and BlackWing Audio.

 

1. BlackWing Audio products are licensed not sold to you. You may not sell, lend, or transfer your license to any third party without

    written permission from BlackWing Audio.

2. Your license is a single user license. You may not share, duplicate, copy or in any way distribute our products to anyone, any organization,

    or any third party.

3. Regarding any BlackWing Audio products that contain samples, you may not make the samples available in a commercial sample library.

4. BlackWing Audio reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. Notice of no less than two weeks will be provided

    to all customers in such an instance.

5. BlackWing Audio reserves the right to change the price of any product at any time. Notice of no less than two weeks will be provided to all

     customers in such an instance.

6. You agree to hold harmless BlackWing Audio for any and all claims, suits, actions, or responsibility as well as any loss, cost, expense,

     related in any way from your downloading and or use of BlackWing Audio products.

7. User Agreement and Terms apply until terminated by BlackWing Audio or you. Termination of User Agreement and Terms by you must be    

     done so in writing and you msut agree to stop using all Blackwing Audio products.

8. BlackWing Audio has the right and responsibility to terminate your User Agreement if you break the Agreement and/or Terms, we are

    legally obligigated to do so, or we cease operation.

9. Your use of Blackwing Audio products is at your own risk. BlackWing Audio is not responsible for any data loss or damage to your computer

    or system.

10. By downloading/using BlackWing Audio products you understand and agree to these terms.

11. Blackwing Audio will do nothing with your information aside from notifying customers of new products, sales, updates, or other news or

    information strictly pertaining to BlackWing Audio or its products. We will NEVER sell or distribute your info to a third party unless required

    to do so by law or as part of a criminal investigation.

12. You agree to use BlackWing Audio products in original music compositions. You may not use our products as part of a sample library, patch

    library, or sound set.
